Here are some tips to get you started:
- Eat 6 small meals a day. That's right. Eating more often than you normally do and in smaller portions boosts your metabolism and leaves you feeling less hungry thanusual.
- Drink only water. Cutting out soda and other sugary drinks from your diet has numerous health benefits and almost immediately affects your weight loss
- Stay away from trans fat and proccessed foods. This does not mean to stay away from all fats. Natural dietary fat is perfectly healthy and required. Trans fat, however, is a leading causer of heart disease and has no known benefits.
- Make sure you have a balanced diet. This means you are taking in the proper amounts of carbs, fats, and protein.
- Exercise often. Here's the place where "lose weight fast" programs often lose people, but this is key to losing fat and weight. I will be writing a post on exercise soon so be sure to check it out.
