Lose weight by eating? Sounds crazy right? The key to succeeding with this is knowing what to eat and when to eat it. Starving yourself is not healthy and is actually not helpful in losing weight. Once you eventually eat, and you will have to, your body will hold on to every calorie and store as much of it as fat as it can. The key to losing weight quickly and in the long term lies in proper eating habits and dedication

Here are some tips to get you started:
  • Eat 6 small meals a day. That's right. Eating more often than you normally do and in smaller portions boosts your metabolism and leaves you feeling less hungry thanusual.
  • Drink only water. Cutting out soda and other sugary drinks from your diet has numerous health benefits and almost immediately affects your weight loss
  • Stay away from trans fat and proccessed foods. This does not mean to stay away from all fats. Natural dietary fat is perfectly healthy and required. Trans fat, however, is a leading causer of heart disease and has no known benefits.
  • Make sure you have a balanced diet. This means you are taking in the proper amounts of carbs, fats, and protein.
